This page outlines the policies of the Winslow Hill Bed and Breakfast.
Rules & Information
- No smoking
- No children under 12 years of age
- No pets
- Respect Private Property
- Cell phone coverage is marginal
- Telephone available for local calls
- Phone cards are required for long-distance calling
- Breakfast served 8:00am to 10:00am
Reservations
- Reservations must be secured by a deposit of $50.00 15 days prior to reservation date
- All rates are subject to state and local taxes
- Check-in times are 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Special arrangements must be discussed by phone prior to arrival
- Checkout time is 11:00am
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Reservations that are cancelled Fifteen (15) or more days prior to the reserved arrival date will be refunded minus credit card processing fees.
- When reservations are cancelled less than Fifteen (15) days prior to the reserved arrival date, a credit certificate equal to the duration of the cancelled reservation will be issued. The credit certificate can be used for a future stay at the Winslow Hill Bed & Breakfast.
- A credit certificate issued for a reservation cancelled less than fifteen (15) days prior to the reserved arrival date can not be used for reservations during the period of September 1st- October 31st.
