Cancelation Policy and Refunds
Policies:
- Bed and Breakfast reservations that are canceled are as follows:
- 14 + days before arrival date No fee
7 - 13 days before arrival date 50% of total rental (including taxes) charged to credit card, plus credit card fee ( 3% )
0 - 6 days before arrival date 100% of total rental (including taxes) charged to credit card, plus credit card fee ( 3% )
- 14 + days before arrival date No fee
- Cabin reservations that are canceled are as follows:
- 100% refund 60+ days before rental date
- 50% refund 30-59 days before rental date
- No refund 0-29 days before rental date
- House reservations that are canceled are as follows:
- 100% refund 60+ days before rental date
- 50% refund 30-59 days before rental date
- No refund 0-29 days before rental date
